Our Services
01
Custom House
We design custom homes from the ground up, thoughtfully tailored to your lifestyle, site, and vision.
Good taste and great outcome.
02
Remodel
Many Bay Area homes feel too small — not because of size, but because of poor layout.
We specialize in spatial reconfiguration, unlock the full potential of your existing home.
03
Addition
We approach additions as strategic transformations, not just extra square footage.
In many cases, we combine layout optimization + targeted expansion to achieve better results with less cost.
04
Commercial TI
We specialize in Tenant Improvement (TI), revitalizing offices, retail, and other commercial spaces to create environments that attract customers, support business operations, and add value to the property.
What People Are Saying
“I have worked with Flora on multiple projects in San Jose and San Carlos over the years. I’ve consistently had a great experience working with her and TLArchitects.
She was very responsive and always got back to me quickly, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Her experience really showed through in the suggestions she made during the design stage — from layout ideas to structural considerations, her input helped improve the overall plan in a very practical way.
Flora was also extremely patient with my questions and revision requests. She took the time to understand what I needed and never made me feel rushed, which I truly appreciated.
In the end, our permit was approved quickly and without issues. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and will definitely work with her again on future projects.”
